Royalty Tech Consulting LLC (“we,” “us”) is a California technology consulting firm. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information you give us. When you contact us, book a call or subscribe, we collect your name, email address, phone number and any message you send. We use it only to respond to you and provide our services.

Amazon seller data. If you are an Amazon seller and authorize our application through Amazon’s Seller Central, we access your account’s financial transaction data (such as order payments, refunds, fees and adjustments) through the Amazon Selling Partner API. We use this data only to provide reporting services to you. We do not request or store Amazon buyers’ personal information. We do not sell, rent or share your Amazon data with anyone except the service providers listed below, and only to deliver your service.

Service providers. We use trusted providers to run our services: Vercel (application hosting), Supabase (encrypted database hosting) and Google (Google Sheets, where your data is delivered to your own spreadsheet). They process data only on our behalf.

Security. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Amazon authorization tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it to provide your service.

Retention and deletion. We keep your data only as long as needed to provide our services. You can revoke our access at any time in Seller Central under “Manage Your Apps.” When you revoke access or end your engagement, we delete your authorization tokens and stored Amazon data. You can also request deletion by contacting us.

Your rights. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us below.

Changes. We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page.
